Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order with Chomrinnnrozal up to 48 hours before the scheduled completion date. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover materials and preparation costs.
- Cancellations 48+ hours in advance: Full refund
- Cancellations within 48 hours: Partial refund (materials deducted)
- Same-day cancellations: No refund (work may already be in progress)
Refund Policy
Refunds for gift wrapping services from Chomrinnnrozal are handled on a case-by-case basis:
- Full refunds are available for cancelled orders made more than 48 hours in advance
- Partial refunds may be provided for cancelled orders made within 48 hours
- Refunds are not available for completed services unless there is a quality issue
- All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service completion

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 7 days of service completion, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. This may include re-wrapping your gift or providing a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
Quality Standards: We maintain high standards for all our wrapping services. If your wrapped gift doesn't meet our quality standards, we'll make it right.
Material Returns
Wrapping materials purchased separately from Chomrinnnrozal may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Custom-ordered materials are not eligible for return. All material returns must include original receipt or proof of purchase.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds from Chomrinnnrozal will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Processing Time: Refunds may take 10-14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution. Please allow sufficient time before contacting us about refund status.
